from a creamware mail:
here are the informations and the needed module for reregistration:

"How can I re-register a plug-in if I want to exchange my hardware or sell the plug-in?"

Our optional DSP plug-ins are protected with a key that matches the
hardware Sno of the individual board. For this reason a plug-in can only be
loaded if the corresponding board is physically present, ie. installed in
your system.

If you want to sell a plug-in or exchange your board, it is required to
re-register the plug-in. The procedure is rather complicated but
nevertheless free. We try to process your request as soon as possible, but
we cannot always guarantee an immediate service.

* = PC only!
# = MAC only

The following data is required:

1: Hardware serial number and Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE application (software) key
of the board to which the plug-in is currently registered
2: Hardware serial number and Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE application (software) key
of the board to which the plug-in should be registered
3: In the case you are reselling a plug-in, also name and Addresse of the
new owner

Proceed as follows:

- Make sure all your optional devices and modules for your hardware are
installed and all activation keys have been registered in the software (ie.
have been entered manually or installed with an *.OXE file) so that all
plug-ins can be loaded into Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE. The hardware which is
involved in the re-registration needs to be installed also.

- * We will send you a file called 'SystemInfo.mdl' by email. Please load
this module into your Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE Project Window.

- * The surface of the module will be opened. Select the board of which you
want to re-register the plug-in by clicking on the hardware serial number.
Then press the 'Copy' button.

- * Paste (CTRL + V) the content of the clip board into a new text file or
into an email which you send us together will the data described before.

After we get your data we will send you another module called
'Epincpider.mdl'.

- Load this module into your Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE project. The module surface
will open.

- Select the hardware of which you want to re-register your plug-in.

- Enter the string that is included in the email into the PIK field.

- Click on the little button on the rigt side of the PIK field.

- * Click on the 'copy button under 'Answer'.
- # Send us the file "Sysdump.log" that you can find in the ..:App:Bin
folder of your Luna/Pulsar/SCOPE installation.

- * Paste (CTRL + V) the content of the clip board into a new text file or
into an email and send it to us

Important: Be aware, that after you press the button in the EpincPider
module, you will not be able to use Pulsar software and the devices any
more until we will send you new keys! We will do so as soon as possible
after you send us the EpincPider dump! This can happen within some hours
during the week, not at the weekend!

We will create finally a file which we will send you in another email. Then
you can be creative again - without the plug-in you sold.

In the case you are reselling a plug-in, the plug-in will automatically be
registered to the new owner's hardware serial number. The new owner will
find an *.OXE file on his 'personal page' on our homepage which he needs to
download and to install.
