Scope upgrade problem

Hi guys,
I'm afraid I have not really a technical problem, but more an administrative one I guess.
On the 26th last month I purchased in the Sonic Core shop an upgrade from Scope 5 to Scope 5.1. I've mainly done this as I've only just upgraded my system to Win7 64bit and therefore need the keys to run my 14dsp card.
Unfortunately, since purchasing the software and sending my serial to Sonic Core I've yet to receive... well, ANYTHING!
Money was taken out of my account on the 28th, so they obviously have that side working. And I've had several "we've received your email, don't worry" emails to my requests for updates as well as the initial order conformation mail, so they also have my correct contact details, but as for keys that I've purchased; Nothing.
I know SC have been in NAMM, as well as the fact that they program all the keys themselves and they have a small staff so I completely understand a delay of a few days, but almost two weeks without contact is quite frankly, terrible.
I've been a long time Creamware and Sonic Core user (about 14 years or so) and used this company for almost all my productions. I've built my studio around the whole system so when they fail to deliver, my workflow suffers and as such so does my income. I really want to support SC, I really do, but this really makes me look at alternatives rather than investing in an Xite and the company further. Maybe they don't even want my custom? then again, they seem happy to take my money regardless. It sucks because I WANT to say good things about the company, I WANT to promote them and I don't know if I can realistically do that now.
Am I missing something here? was there a link I missed when ordering the software? I'm perfectly willing to believe I've just made a mistake, I just want to get back to my work and not have 2 weeks of time (or, god forbid, longer!) completely wasted.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated!
