SOLVED! Running Cubase 4.5 + XITE1 -> BSOD!?!

I received my XITE1 today - Halleluja! Praise the DSP-lord!
I have been spending a few hours with it now, getting everything up and running and I've run into one major problem.
Whenever I try to startup Cubase 4.5 having SCOPE XITE running I get BSOD's every single time.
I can run Ableton Live fine, but not Cubase.
Does anybody have any Idea, what could be the problem?
Cheers,
Thomas

Steinberg......
Sorry. Had to say it.
I still have 4.1 and a dongle I break it everynow and then to remind me why I went Reaper, but I have never had problems since upgrading from 4.0.
I still think Cubase is a great app, just too bloated for stable playback live.
When Reaper grows obese I shall get rid if it and go to BitWig.
I just keep finding underbloated/underdeveloped DAWs as I can play everything and just need MIDI PrgmChng. messages, Drums for recordings, and basic reitardandos/accelarandos.
These DAW guys have the whole hitchen sink in their stuff to the point of instabiloity.
GaryB is a Cubase CPert, I suspect he wakes up at Noon and will be to help........

Well, it seems like I managed to solve the problem.
Cubase was looking for my old SCOPE PCI system, which seemed to be the problem.
I loaded my old SCOPE PCI system (I still have it in my pc) and the cubase. This worked fine.
Then I loaded SCOPE XITE and changed the ASIO driver in cubase to the XITE, which now worked.
I then tested it all again, by closing everything down.
Started SCOPE XITE and was now able to load Cubase.
Yesyesyes! My XITE adventure is well on it's way
