midi presets misses to save some settings

for instance.. in protone I can assign a midi controler button to protone arpeggiator rec/play button, but when I reload the synth the setting does not stay.
In STM mixers margin button doesn't keep been saved.. as well as some other functions....
Is there a way to fix this?
