Hello,
When i bought some second hand cards i got a sync plate included, but no cable to connect it.
It seems to be using a 6 pin ribbon cable.
Can anyone share a picture or something of their sync plate connected. and where can i buy such cable to connect it?
Rgs

it's a 10pin cable and both sides are identical. The connector has a notch in the middle.
you can strip the cable from an old disk drive or so, for easier orientation include the colored line.
if you press the parts together just pay attention that the colered line is on the same side on both connectors.
(doesn't matter which one, original has it on the left side of the notch (pointing upward, seen from front)
some motherboard connectors look similiar, but often have one hole filled to prevent misplacement.
cheers, Tom

Okay,
i have the cable now. When connecting it, following new choices in the lists get added.
"src 6" and "src 7"..
Is that right? i also flipped the cable on the sync plate, and the same came up..
what is src 6 and what is src 7?
Running the plate against pulsar2 card running on Scope 5.1

my syncplate is in a different machine, so I can't take a look.
But I guess it's the Adat-Sync from the 9pin connector...
btw you can use that with the original Adat BRC to drive VDAT
(in case you like VDAT and a cheap device crosses your way)
cheers, Tom
