Sonuus I2M Audio to MIDI Converter

Street price of $150. Said to work on any guitar, voice, wind, etc..
Anyone in here tried this? I'm seriously considering it. Since it's midi, it doesn't have to track perfectly unless you are using it live but then usually it is used to double instruments and errors are not so obvious.
