Tweaking for Audio

Guys,
I remember someone posted a link to a tool that could be run prior to an audio session that optimises windows for audio work and then at the end of the session it can be returned to its original settings.
I cannot find the post.
Does anyone know the tool?
Does it work on Win 7 64bit?
