Hi everyone. I Got this for dirt cheap. Its a year old and in mint cond.
- to have gate /cv in/out dó i need to buy the extra modules or Can i simply solder Jacks ón the dsub connections ón the back?

Thanks alot!

If you dont want to spend $300 for a VX351 you could just get a breadboard and some TLO74 in voltage follower mode and 1k resistor on the outputs.
then get a volt meter (or better yet oscilloscope) and see what pins react to key, velocity , gate, pressure etc. I think the accessory port even has the power supply outputs as well so you do not need to worry about that.

voltage follower(buffer) mode does not require any external resistors , you probably just need 2 0.1uf bypass capacitors per IC, and each IC has 4 op amps. (and the same circuit can follow gate as well as control voltages)
