Hi

After a fresh installation on a new PC after many years away, I'm getting a scope XTC dialog box appear when opening Cubase. It reads something like "please enter your hardware and software serial no". I can close the box ans continue to use Cubase normally expect I get an error when I close Cubase. Sonic support are saying it's an installation problem.

Scope is working fine. Has anybody come across thsi before.

are you using xtc mode?

No I don't use XTC.

In that case check:

Set>Settings>Global and see if you have a "X" in the "Enable VST Integration Mode (XTC)"

and uncheck it, if you do.
