thanks!
one thing I forgot to mention: Xite owners can get one (1) voice only - sorry lads. I think xite can't handle switching on/off dsps the way Scope does. :(
to all rank and file Scopers - as I mentioned in the little manual on my site, while switching between presets some noise sound can be heard, a tribute to this dsp-switching. better turn down the volume a bit when checking the presets.

But that one voice is quite rich and when used rhythmically while sweeping various filters, it is a most welcome synth.
Used as Star Wars jets, lasers and SFX its outstanding too.
A beautiful synth.

Ive had a quick play and really like this so far. Nice layout and plenty of features which set it apart from other synths ive got. :D

Okey-dokey...that's even better. thanks for reporting!
it wasn't the final version, so if it works now, it was my fault to say its monophonic in Xite.
or rather, my sharpness to debug it :D

Hey it is working perfectly well.
I based my conclusion on the default preset since back then I didn't have the presets.
It seems as though using Osc 1 only, even with 10 voices, has voice stealing as holding down notes caused monophonic playing while sustaining a note.

After hearing Stardusts' success I had to try the presets ( which are really sweet ) and when you you leave the default state and load up all Oscillators, it works perfectly well.
I apologise for the confusion.

Well I can say after auditioning the presets and adding 16 voices the synth is a smoker.
I am so use to not having certain synths working in the XITE-1 I had assumed wrongly again, thankfully stardust rescued me from shelving this gem. :)

16 voices takes a little time to load but its smooth fully loaded.
I will use 6 voices at most.

Excellent synth!!!!! Thanks a bunch!

Some really thick juicy sounds and doesn't hog the dsp's when the polyphony is increased

thank you for your comments! I'm glad that you like that quirky synth.
an update is already available. ( http://www.cwmodular.org/files/CwmSynthi.zip )
- bugfix: envFollow and extInsert mod sources had been mono only; also rawSawOsc3 had only one voice .
- inserts have more mod possibilites now: not only modSource1-5 but Oscs, other inserts, external signals, and...
- half inverted mod sources (m1HI-m5HI):the positive range of a mod signal is inverted, so 0 becomes max, and max becomes 0.
(examples and some new presets will come soon-ish. :) )

24db filters is planned? also triggered MultiOsc would be good .

@eminardi: perfect. maybe we can hear some soundbytes of your track?
@tjsound: 24db filters - you can have a similar effect by using two 12dBs in a row; triggered MultiOsc - you could use multiOscSlave, which can be synced to gate or to a masterOsc.

hey, a new version is here. new presets in the v11 and v12 folders. ( http://www.cwmodular.org/files/CwmSynthi.zip )

new features:
-multiLfo + randomSigGenerator: valMeter to see what values are generated.
-switch for internal/external tempo sync. because ext. tempo will produce crackles on tempoDelays, there is a new...
-switch to decide if MidiClock (if used) should have effect on tempoDelay times or not.
-more mod input choices for mods :P
-new mod source: audio-triggered adsr. it won't react on Mvc gate, but on audio signals, i.e. if the signal reaches a definable threshold.
new audio examples here. (made with a single instance of CwmSynthi.)

this synth starts to make fun!
