Pulsar II error with sync

Hi, i'm having error with digital connection. Using Pulsar mastering the clock and Edirol Fa-101 as a slave. Worked fine so far but it suddenly started to fade out signal somehow. It sounds like bits are reducing slowly and finally it goes silent. After booting system the signal works a while but does it allways again. Is my card dying?

how is the edirol getting clock?

as there is no adat support in fa-101, it's getting clock from pulsarII trough spdif.

so there's an sp/dif out fromthe Pulsar going IN to the Edirol, as well as the output from the Edirol going IN to the Pulsar?
