every time I've used it since the dawn of time it has crackles in the audio

is there a fix or something I'm overlooking ?

the soundcard source says: realtek audio hd input Ive tried various frequencies in its options but all crackle :(

I know i could probably route it over into my a16 if i had it up and running but i wont have it available till creamware sends my power supply

help?

:-?

no, that module was ignored from the first time it was made because of technical issues. actually, i'm not surprised it doesn't work for you. no one ever uses it, afaik.

yeah, it was a crud module... emulation of a Soundblaster 16 :D
you'd definitely be better off using the analog IO path than to encode for that item...

cheers, Tom
