Hi,

i spent whole day by googling and browsing this board...though i found a lot of helpful info, i couldn't make anything work properly after installing Windows 7. For a moment i thought i'll reinstall back to Win XP.
I'm just a hobby composer, not a real professional. I own 3 DSP card with the original SFP 3.1b and i compose only in Fruity Loops 9 (everything legal). Reason i post this is that i think it might help someone while googling or browsing and trying to solve something similar.

So if you want to use 3 DSP Scope along with the old SFP 3.1b and Fruity Loops (or other DAW) in Windows 7, you MUST:
- install SFP 3.1b in Windows XP (Service Pack 2) compatibility mode (note: installing newer SFP version will mess everything up and nothing will work without some restarting)
- and LAUNCH Fruity Loops (or other DAW) in Windows XP (Service Pack 2) compatibility mode

I know it might sound really stupid ... or actually, it is really stupid but it is working x) Service Pack 3 compatibility mode for some reason doesn't make it work and noone would really think that your DAW is supposed to be in that compatibility mode too.
Cheers x)
