A little joke that should suit Stardust's sense of humour

Couldn't resist - I've been chuckling all morning:
What is worse than a dog eating your shoe?
A whale eating your trainer!
with that, I'll disappear for a while!

It's not funny, since they now think the whale thought her pony tail was an animal on her back.
The whale should've never been returned to doing shows (or just released to the open sea).
Just hope the trainers family doesn't read planetz forums.
Pretty immature humor IMO.
There's other things funnier - like why we spend so much time trolling around Z forums and not producing music with Scope.

Trolling? Me?
I'd like to think that I've made some contributions to the "Z" community over the years as well as receiving lots of help & support. Nah, I'm no troll.
Apologies (sincerely) that the joke offended.

"It's not funny, since they now think the whale thought her pony tail was an animal on her back."
Come on, are they saying the Killer Whale thought the trainer had a rat on her back and was just trying to be helpful shaking it off?? Its not the first time this whale is involved in human deaths (actually it s the third, allthough atleast one of the earlier killings is probably more due to drunkness/dumbness).
The only reason they keep this whale alive is money. He's a breeding stud, therefore valuable. Released into the wild this whale would probably die quickly, just like Keiko from Free Willy.

It was a statement from an interview on local news down here (where there is a Sea World).
It's part of the joke.

I don't support the Sea World approach of capturing and breeding whales in captivity. I've worked with these animals in the past (actually more dolphins than whales) with a friend that is an anthropologist/oceanographer, and would prefer that people appreciate them by going out on ships and at least get to see them in their native environment. But even this causes problems (more like someone invading your house to try to pet your children).
Releasing captive animals into the wild also causes problems.
Best is to just leave them alone (although touching a humpback is an amazing experience).

I totally agree 100% w/ this.
I actually love watching the flicks that have Deer beating the crap out of morons and Alligators chasing old white men off of the Golf Courses in Florida..........

Hang on... What "gun" is that dude carrying? has he got a secret plan to beat the deer down with a plastic tube? Good luck on him, and bless him for the initiative.
Love the clip, thanks
