Hi, I don't have an ASB, but you can get software for the Pro-12 here - no need for emailing IMO.

HI, i tried the winxp folder and downloaded the software from there site BUT the software doesnt open........So if anyone has the remote software that works, would be nice...
i sent sonic a email about there software not opening up and requesting one that works but im here now trying to get it work...

problem solved thanks to customer support s-c
