Do I need to reregister them or will they work just copying the files? I couldn´t figure it out by myself lately, so this topic could be a time saver for me

sorry for the delay. i wanted to test on the final release of pulsar 3.0 and was having the same troubles downloading as everyone else. 
yes, they do work fine on pulsar 3.0, in fact, afaict, they work better than on pulsar 2.04! several midi problems in the pulsar 2.x series seem to be fixed in pulsar 3.
