Could someone help explain, or suggest the modules I would need to do this in Scope.
I understand most but the Sync'ing Oscillator at the bottom, and the comp/offset & mix, and the lowest LFO on the right side are what I am trying to find replacements for in Scope.

remember that all NordModular modules can be renamed.
