I'd rather they make it as good as possible than release it too soon, just because tehy said they would. Software is never on time in my experience.

Everybody bitches even more every time CW rushes out an imperfect OS so it shouldn't be a surprise that there's this_slight_delay. Besides, mid-September is vague on purpose, it means they can release it any time this month & still be keeping their word (that's why they didn't say Sept. 15).
Besides, what's the big deal? 2.04 works great! Personally, I don't even plan on making the switch until all you "public beta testers" have ironed out the bugs.

Btw Simon, the reason you're having problems with registering devices may have something to do with your CSET.INI being readonly

No I removed the read-only tag from CSET - same thing. Anyway V3 is out now - maybe that'll fix it.... Just a pity the darn server is dead or too much traffic ATM.

Read one post UP. BTW, you will have to reinstall 2.04a (or 3.0 now I guess), since it was readonly during the installation, right?
