DAS Plugins make troubles with Cubase (v5) in XTC-Mode

I made a project and had several SCOPE-Instruments and DAS-Plugins (DAS-2A-ST, ...) included.
After restarting my project after approx. 3 weeks all XTC-Plugins (also the Inferno Synth in a "Instrument-Lane") were replaced by the
A550 EQ-plugin - but without a GUI when opening it.
I deleted the A550-dll from the Cubase-VST-folder and after a restart the next DAS-Plugin was loaded in all slots (N1084 EQ).
After deleting all DAS-Plugins and the TransientDesigner (which was also loaded) a missing-instrument pop-up appeared in
Cubase saying that the DAS-2A-ST (a fab plug!!!!!) was missing for all slots.
I have to re-construct the whole settings...
Is there a known issue with DAS-Plugins in XTC-Mode??
Win XP SP3 (all updates)
Cubase 5.1 (latest version)
SCOPE 4.5 in XTC-Mode (with Pulsar, Pulsar-XTC and Luna II without XITE-1)
Intel-DP35DP
Thanks
Harry
