I don't know about you guys but I think the whole thing is ridiculous and that Raymond Ty has an emotional deficiency due to his father being too strict to celebrate his birthday every year even though he was born on February 29th... I just heard an interview on CBC Radio 1 and Raymond is just plain sad and is in bad need of a friend...

That's why cheesey restaurants in America can't sing the traditional Happy Birthday, to customers that feel the need to go to a cheesey restaurant, and have strangers sing them an untraditional version of Happy Birthday..... :lol:

this is a godd example of why copyrights used to only last a short time...
at some point it IS public domain, like it or not.
