One question: Does it run properly under limited User Accounts (no write access to program folder, settings and preset stuff all saved in user folder)?

I don't think Scope will behave this way, since it loads at bootup.

But you can try configuring it to NOT load at boot, and see if it loads distinct configurations for each user - with manual startup.

I simply haven't had a need to test this type of scenario.
