I would have sued them if they'd put guns on their design 8)
It took them more than 1 year to come with it (there was a prototype presented around last years musikmess, i actually thought it was released).
FB5 also came out a few weeks (and monthes, when speaking of your original Fat Bastard) before the yamaha n series (n12).. freaky timing ... but happy vibe riders....
I think I have plans for the mixers though , the optimization currently experimented seems to be working even better than i thought (ultra fast loading time, zero weight interfaces, many less Ko on the disk, and it should allow to have much more CC assigned.... I am eagerly waiting for some "xite optimized" modules.
The 4 midi mergers will welcome those CC-racks in the future.... The projects will be clean, and the light will be. But this is a lot of time and concentration.... they are many mixers in that folder

Medhi has really started something here with his FAT BASTARD mixers.
Thermonic Culture has a little brother out now which would be a great addition to a live/recording rig.
LITTLE-BASTARD-WEB.jpg
But it has caught on in the States to the point of where winemakers had to join in the XITEment.......

It's definately not aged with a name like that. But the Brotha's don't care much 'bout that.
I'm getting a couple of Hoods and some wine.
What size you wear......From your stage pics I'd guess a LARGE.?
You'll be the only cat chillin' in the hood w/ a FAT BASTRAD Hood................

pm me your address, I gotta get these next week.
I think a case of wine is 50 bucks..............
Hi Grade shit no doubt....

Mark,
I knew this would happen...
in a way, i'd love to be a guy who can make an FB5 in 20 days :-) it took 2 or 3 monthes for the FB5 and an extra 3 month for the public version... (and if i remeber, the only similar feature is pre-filters?) and i know it's as much good and bad to feel what's in the air and see all sort of stuff coming out at the same time....
You do great devices and great surfaces...
Keep up the good work ;-)

Mehdi,

those old mixers I made in the first few months of having sdk were removed for technical issues - IE they were no good.

cheers,
Mark
