new 775 mobo

there is a possiblity that i change my mobo.
i have a gigabyte p965dq6 and it works very nice with my 14+6 dsp cards.
the mobo is at the service company right now because of problem on the onboard sound and there is a possibility that i get a new one.
i will not go for a new 1366 mobo because i do not want to spend not even a euro replacing my ram...cpu....etc......
suggestions on getting a new 775 mobo?
x48? x38? p45? .......
