you probably misunderstood that information (not your fault) - some of it is really outdated.
What motherboard do you have, what OS ?

cheers, Tom

i found out that my scope is sharing IRQ 22 with scsi raid controller win xp promise fasttrack 376 (tm)controller,i can see thats a problem though i dont use raid, but as i understand it, i can only change IRQ port by changing pci slots, problem is that my pulsar 2 card can only fit in slot 6 at the buttom, due to the fysics of the motherboard.it has worked nicely in that slot before with scope 3.1.therefore i need to change the IRQ of the scsi raid controller or can i just deactivate it.how do i change IRQ port of the scsi raid controller.
and by the way thank you, fore helping me ,i appreciate it.
