Does anybody know how long I can expect to wait for my STDM cable to be deliverd to the UK? I ordered it on Wednesday last week (7th).

I went for the cheaper delivery option (cant remember exactly what it was called).

I did the same about a month ago, and also took the cheaper option — IIRC, it arrived within about 3-5 days (can't remember off the top of my head, but I think I ordered over the weekend and it showed up on Wednesday or thereabouts).

It's possible that you just timed it very badly, ie. in the middle of NAMM preparations etc. I should think an email would sort it out, and if you have to wait a bit for a reply, that's probably because of NAMM. Waiting ten days though seems like quite a long time, though.

Yeah I thought it was taking a while. The thing is, just after confirming the order, I realised that for some reason, Paypal had reverted to an old address that I havent been at for a number of years (not quite sure why this happened as Ive used Paypal at my current address a number of times with no problems).

I contacted Ralf the next day to advise of the mistake and he said it would be alright but now im beginning to worry!

I guess I'll have to email them again.

Oh yes, there is that as well...

I seem to remember the cable was sent to my home address, when I think I asked for it to be sent to my work address... It wasn't a problem for me, as it was sent in a padded envelope that was thin enough to go through the letterbox, but I would certainly check that — I'd assume that their logistics dept. would, by default, send things straight to the registered PayPal address (they'd be liable for any fraud claims if they didn't).
