Well here's a great new way to treat members of ebay and PayPal.
The Banks can do whatever they want and so can the Politicians.
The trickle down effecv is now in play w/ other credit institutions.

I sold my other PCM91 2 days ago and have watched my PayPal account that says payment pending.....after they took their 35 USD cut.
The clincher is. the money has been pending for 2 days?
I called them and said what's up w/ the money?
They decided to change their policies without notifying their members.
I have to ship the item w/o being paid and then wait 21 days for the money to be available ??

They can suck my ass. I'll keep the PCM91 and be happy with it. I did want to use all DSP reverbs and most likely will keep this on an FP106C AUX channel afterall.

To jack me off even more I was charged 25 USD for a physical copy of my cancelled check, which was free until recently.
The State of Nevada doesn't accept a copy of a document to pursue an eviction notice. Hence the physical was needed. My bank acted as if I were troubling them and were quite rude.

This is insane. They no longer cover checks written or funds withdrawn by covering the balance from my savings account, which pays a lower interest rate now anyway.

Do these fuckers actually think I need them anymore.

I am mad as Hell and will be cancelling all of my accounts there and joining a Credit Union. They still pay a decent rate of interest, and have the customer comes first attitude.

what's really criminal about that, is that the check is YOUR document. it is only traded for cash in exchange for the document, where your bank is supposed to serve YOU by facillitating the exchange and then returning the document to you.

when you check them on it, they'l say that the laws have been changed. i've got bad news for them. illegal, immoral laws are still illegal and immoral, and there's no protection for carrying out illegal and immoral laws, not for police, soldiers or politicians. the nuremburg trails proved that. corrupt laws are not binding on anyone.

I am LIVID about this, and the poor chap who wanted to buy this just got screwed out of the 35.00 charge.
I have cancelled my PayPal and ebay accounts and have informed my Bank they are liable for any funds that they release to these scoundrels.
I don't need any more gear anyway, it's probably the best thing I ever did.

3 weeks for a cancelled check for 35 USD is also insane.
I have another renter for the other half of my Duplex and I can't take his money or let him move in while this leech thinks he can squat there for free. Thankfully Nevada isn't subject to the liberal legislature passed in other states. If I was in California this chump would get 90 days free rent ???

I made the same money as a contractor in the late '80's as I am making now, I'm not complaining but, Banks and Corporations are way too powerful these days, and need to be brought back to reality, the same with the Fed Reserve IMHO.

Watch Out For Ebay & PayPal, their new policies are designed to take no blame and hold onto your money to rake in excessive interest rates............shameless bastards.
