Re Install Issues

I went through major re constructive surgery last weekend, and slimmed down in preparation for Scope 5.0/XITE-1's release.
I also added some new sections for VDAT, etc.
At the end of a long and painful journey I have screwed things up with certain files not showing up in my Project window tabs drop down menus.
I realize I have the files and below is jpeg.'s of what they look like.
Particularilry my Projects are a pain.
When I save them, in order to recall them, I must load a Blank start up ( pictured below ) then re load the project I really want, after I do a load all files option. Otherwise the regular module logo's I was accustomed to seeing are not visible.
Now that I have everything working really smooth and lean, is there a way to change these files so they all look like the old squares w/o the yellow Creamware Logo?
I suppose I could do them one at a time, but I do not even know what to do with them.
I am really hoping for a way to hit a button and voila,......everything back to normal.
Below is the start up project, and I used my mixer folder as an example.
My SpaceF stuff is all unaffected, as the below jpeg. demonstrates, but the other jpeg. is what I am reffering to.
Thanks In Advance,
JV
