i read nef instal pc standar, disable ACPI but oly this error: "Hardware version 30 detected. This hardware required a software update. Please consult the installation guide".....i install windows XP rc 2 2526 build and see only this error...help me friends

Well Win2k definitely works.

Suggestion: Don't install a BETA Operating System (XP) with a beta Creamware driver. It may work, but its like begging for trouble.

When you reinstall Windows 2000, when it asks if you want to install a SCSI device, press F7 instead of F6, and it will install your computer in "Standard PC" mode (not ACPI!) You'll know your computer is in Standard PC mode when you press WinKey+Pause, go to the Device Manager, and you don't see ACPI Computer as the first listing. This is important!

After that just install the 2k beta, it works.
