What about bluetooth audio?

I have just bought a Samsung Q1 on Ebay. It´s an ultra mobile pc that comes with bluetooth. I will use it as music player in the car. I decide to start another thread since the issue is diferent.
Do you guys have idea about how digital audio through bluetooth is? Sends all the 16 bits at 44.1 khz into the bluetooth signal or is any type of compression or loose?
There are bluetooth receivers on Ebay that combine mp3 player input with the mobile phone, so switch to mobile when an incoming call. Don´t know how they would sould, either the DA converters, or the bluetooth signal issue.. Anyone have knowledge about?
It seems practical to avoid the cable pending the tablet pc, any suggestion of a bluetooth receiver?
