howdy, first post here...

anway, ive been a sfp veteran for quite a while, had a 1.5 year break but now im back......with some problems :D i got a new machine in the meantime, beast of a hardware, with vista 32 bit, coz i have some native programs that run there.

Now im fiddling with SFP as it just wont work correctly.I managed to install everything, it even runs without probs in xp compatibility mode, the meters in programs i.e. Reason flash in native mixer and in SFP mixer, so I gues the routing is ok.But the prob is as no sound is getting out, I think coz sfp is not the "master" device.Ive disabled the soundcard on the motherboard along with the appropriate soundmax driver, but now i got nothing in the "sound devices" tab to select from in vista...

anyone has any ideas what im missing here? Besides the "install xp" comment :D

cheers

I've tried to install scope on Windows 7 and it worked.
So I think that it will work on vista.
All that I did was turn on compability to windows xp pro sp2 on the setup icon, and then on the scope icon after install.

And you have to make it active in the control panel on sounds.
Worked for me.
Hope that helps!
