2 x pulsar1 in scope4.0 gives fast Pci-overflew

Hi,

After updating my Daw :quadcore Q9550 and 2 x pulsar2 (scope4.5) and cubase4 works very well.I use my older Daw P4 2,4Ghz and Cubase sx3 (did work fine with 2 x pulsar2) for linking with Vst system link (cubase)by 2 x pulsar1.
In this older system I use the Spdif source connected to asio1 32 dest64 and the Spdif dest connected to asio32 source64.Vstsystem link works fine but only using this drivers and the mixer and 1 analog dest gives pci overflow almost immediatly.Ulli is slowest and the samplerate is 41.1.The dsp load shows halfway(i think 4 of the 8 dsp).
Can someone give me advice ?

The mobo is an Asus P4T533 with intel 850E chipset.1 Gb rimm.There are no sharing Irq's.(Irq 18 and 20).
