Rapmusic Anyone?

Does anyone here produce rapmusic with their Pulsar hardware? What else do you use, etc. ?

Subject: Beatz

PC: Pulsar II with STS 4000 (very similar to my old Akai S2000), Cubase VST/32 5.0R3pb3 with most available VST Instruments and a lot of VST/DirectX plugins, Reason, and Sound Forge 4.5.

Hardware: Spirit FX8 mixer and Sennheiser e835 mic (and an old Roland Juno2 as master keyboard).

Good setup for pre-production and demo's!

Yes, I do produce rap and engineer for other producers. mostly using MPC2000, ADATS, Tripledat for editing and Pulsar for mixing.

At the moment I'm using just my Pulsar I & a bunch of software (Cakewalk 9, SoundForge 5, Acid 2 etc).

Haven't had the chance to really produce sum stuff, still busy getting to know my new toy.

Probably as soon as I've bought a Powersampler I really can start to make sum noise, since I lack DSP for my needs & I don't have a sampler (sample players suck bigtime cuz of having to workaround the missing controllers).
My AKAI discs are screaming for a STSx000
