Don't get me wrong I love my country right or wrong, but today I had time to relax and watch TV while eating Breakfast w/ my son and my God it is insane. We were going to go hit the slopes but by next week we will have another 18 inches, so I slept in and played w/ new toys instead. But on Sundays we always watch the NFL games, 2 at a time.
Prior to the games I had to watch a bunch of lying Bastards from Washington who are taking our tax dollars to buy Banks now...............this is insane.
We then starting watching the Chicago / Altlanta game with a full stadium packed w/ people to watch these guys beat the shit out of each other.
The first commercial for an advertisement for Grand Theft Auto IV which I never saw but bought for my son, and I was shocked as it made me think of how we are EXACTLY like the Romans of Yore.
Disgusting amount of wealth being spent w/o considerations of the citizens who want the blood of these greedy Wall Street CEO's, The Senate lining their own pockets w/ add ons and earmarks totaling over 500 million since 2 weeks ago, then for entertainment we watch nothing but violence to quench the thirst of the mob.
Maybe I am getting to old and bitter as I enjoyed this when I was young, but I wanted something better for my sons, and it seems I have been down this road already.
We should force all of those FAT BASTARDS on Wall Street and Washington to wear the robed garnebts that the Roman Senate use to wear, as we are no better no matter how much we sugar coat this,
Oh boy, Erlacher just creamed the tailback gotta go.
