Hallo

I just got the same problem.
For a couple of days, XTC is no longer working

Didn't change anything.
Sfp mode works, cubase works, but it doesn't start the XTC-App.

Something with the new Cubase-version, which allows driverchange while running?

I've got this problem just now... I didn't change or install anything. XTC mode was working fine yesterday, and for several months up until this afternoon. I launched Cubase 5 and the XTC app won't launch. I can't figure out how to repair it. Is there a solution other than the ones discussed here?

Hi, Iam not a Profi like Garyb or Stardust Image , but I have an Idea:
Check your Asio settings in Cubase. When theres no Asio to choose. Close Cubase- Open Scope - Load XTCProject.pro (Its the Default settings of XTC) and look if Asio-Dest & Asio-Source are connected with something. If not, here is something to try that maybe helps:

After all Connectings: Overwrite XTCproject.pro- Close Scope- Open Cubase - Go to Asio Settings in Cubase & Choose Asio (I hope)

I got it working. I have no idea what caused it, but some of my SCOPE files seem to have become corrupt and I lost a load of settings. The only thing I saw that I couldn't restore manually off by heart were the directory settings in SFP, so I just reinstalled the software and that worked. I didn't want to have to install the software again because I was worried I'd lose preferences or project files, but it was OK.

Hmm, interesting.

I got this problem last year and it seems I wrongly thought about it (I attributed it to my "patched" install of SDK, and uninstalled it). I reinstalled scope too.

I might reinstall the SDK than as it seems it was not linked to it!

thanks
