Sonar 8 about to be released

Looks like a good upgrade version that brings better performance and improved Audio-Engine. High track counts and low latencies improvement. Asio improvement, heres some links to the benchmark and "Sonar-The fine print" thread by Cakewalk- http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/ ... chmark.asp

Also workflow improvements such as "dedicated instrument tracks", "Pause button", "Record at anytime", "no longer have to restart Sonar several times when we change drivers". A few little things that add up to a better worflow to a large extent for me.
New plugins such as Beatscape loop performance instrument (looks interesting), and transient shaper looks nice. Also included is Dimension Pro (Altho i already own this Lovely little Killer).

Should be released in a couple days. I guess i have to finish killing my credit cards because of this and other music gear that somehow become "Must haves" in my mind
