Evidently Creamware is coming out with an some sort of technical support FAQ in the future, until then this is a great resource

Very useful FAQ!
My tech told me there was no way to play a CD from the Pulsar2.
Your FAQ sure proved him wrong!:-)

Now Creamware has posted their Support Database, you need a password to login, it looks pretty good:
