-when does it happen?

I got blue screens on core2 as well. usually either scope.sys or USB[something].sys

probably due to the fact that board has USB hosts on almost every IRQ its a good board, just not for scope.

try one of the other PCI slots. (how many cards do you have?)

i switched back to the supermicro CS2BE and its been plain sailing!

the intel dp35dp is stable as well, and cheap.

what is sharing an irq with the Scope card?

Ill beback in the studio tommorow I think its in the first slot of three Im pretty sure that is the one that can be on its own
I was recomended this mb on this forum I'm using nue 3 and 2 scope 4.0 lots of N.I synths

are those cracked nuendos or NI synths?

blue screens usually indicate faulty hardware.
