I never realy got into automating Scope yet. Now I tried it with a new B*ringer Midi pedal. I got synths and mixers to respond to program change just fine, but effects insertet into the mixer and effects loaded in the routing window do not. Does anyone have an idea, what I do wrong?

SpaceF mixers have insert slot automation with their iwn MIDI channel.

I believe in STM1632 you can assign MIDI channels to the insert effects and send program change messages. I have never changed presets but prefer giving the parameters of an effect it's own CC's and MIDI channel to chanhe them on the fly w/ an expression perdal for rates and knobs for depth, and wet/dry ammounts.

Which mixer are you using?

Set the mixer to omni and see if the effects on the inserts respond. If not try matching the insert and AUX effects to the same channel as the mixer, and then try it on a seperate MIDI channel also.

If you find you enjoy automations in Scope via MIDI CC's and love mixing away from the DAW's mouse and keyboard, SpaceF mixers are designed to use this way. Wolf's 16 channel is also a fierce predator for automation and control, but is Mackie based. Behringer stuff has pretty much been Mehdi's refference controllers for most of his designs.

The FP106C is a masterpice IMHO.

Good Luck, Live w/ Scope Is Da' Bomb.
