ableton live. cannot record "audio in" from scopes

i can record a loop or audio at ableton sequencer, i can see the input tha comes from creamwares mixer, but i cannot record what i hear from scopes mixer, unless i send to another audio channel in ableton.
is there a way to choose within ableton which audio to record? the inernal audio playbacked or the audio that comes from scope, AT THE SAME CHANNEL, not by sendin to a another audio channel in ableton.
i see that there is no difference, problem still exists by changing asio2 to aso1. i use 16bit asio2, and all channels connected.
in other words:
ableton has for example a project with 10 audio channels.
i put songs or loops to all.
i can send individually one by one to scopes mixer and at the same time scope sends back to ableton.
now. how can i just dicide ny my will, on which audio singal to record at ableton sequencer?
the output or the input?
output is what ableton produces and sends to scope.
input is what scope gives to ableton.
i have managed to record scopes mixers sends but by creating another 10 audio channels getting scopes mixers audio. but i find it so confusing having 20 channels.
there must be a way to use just a swich in each channel
