ROFLMAO.
Maybe not everyone's taste in humour, but check this out if you know who Gordon Strachan is.

Simply brilliant - well found.
I also like David Coulthards comment from a few years ago about how he is acknowledged by the UK press:
"If I win a race I'm the British driver David Coulthard, but if I don't win, I'm Scottish"

Hey Stardust, he's a hilarious guy. Did you know that the interview you're quoting & linked to above is actually a real TV interview? It's on uTube somewhere. I'll need to try to find it again. It's quite funny.
Neil, that Coulthard one is funny as well, although it's exactly how a lot of Scots feel TBH.

Ah, it wasn't one interview. It was a compilation of several. Anyway, not the funniest I've come accross, but still funny...

It is the straight and unfinching way that makes me smile.

Excellent!! A thread I know something about at last.
I had Gordon Strachan buy me a few drinks way back when Atkinson was at the helm at Old Trafford. Dates me a bit. I had a residency at an after hours club where many of the United team came to booze in leafy Altrincham. During a break he asked me over to the table he was sharing with Jesper Olsen, the Danish winger. He was very complimentary about my performing and he asked me if I'd like to come and play at a house warming party for his new house.
Anyway, one helluva nice guy, I thought. Typical Celtic warmth and charm. Totally down to earth. Not too bad a player either if I recall.
