radio links (??) Radio waves ?
The radio waves and television are not a problem (<300MHz), they do not pass the human body.
> 300MHz (HF) it's the problem, they pass through the human body.
(Phones = 900 at 1800MHz) (WIFI = 2.5GHz or 2500MHz) (etc.)

I went to school where the playground was right under a huge powerline. I mean, the tower thingy was right on the soccer field! Those are said to cause cancer or whatever... but I guess I know where my electronica side comezzzzz from.

One of the main reasons for the increase in cancer is that we are living longer. Cell replication eventually produces mutations, in addition there are a number of environmental stresses that are totally natural. Ironically, organic vegetables contain the same amount of carcinogens as non-organic vegetables, also we are being bombarded by radiation from space which causes mutations and cancer. In short, I'm not worried about cell phones. Auto accidents are my concern.

studies linking EM radiation to cancer probably brought to you by oil, plastic, chemical, and car companies.

obviously they should stay out of our food.
many things which are relatively harmless in compound with other substances are highly toxic when isolated and concentrated. i'm sure EM fields and radiation are no exception. lots of fun things are bad ideas, unfortunately....

you know,
several people have been clever, today.
all of them mouthed the words that had been scripted well.
all thought "i'm a free thinker".
it's better to be correct, however.
mock me while you can.

C'mon Gary,
you know that we know that you could be right, but it still doesn't mean that you actually are, and when you make it too solemn... well, i am sure nobody here is mean spirited, especially not Stardust
Peace

why should i be pissed off(or on)?
stardust took a shot and i can take it! i'm sure he can take the reply as well. it's all in good humor!
if i really thought he was trying to be mean, i wouldn't say a thing. i'd get my ticket, track him down and punch him in the nose. all i did was stick my tongue back at him, we must be friends!
shooot! i even put the rolleyes smiley to show my ironic inflection on the words! now, who's too solemn?
