if it was included as a human right, wouldnt you just say it was a piece of crap that only applied to UNs interest anyway and didnt really matter at all?

yes, and it's sad that anyone would defend this action for ANY reason, even if people WERE wasting water, and it's sad that anyone would defend this action for personal reasons. no wonder evil guys can do whatever they please.
no, next to nothing, this is an example of WHY the UN Dec of Human Rights is a crappy document.

I hope one day the U.N. will have the teeth to stand up to the U.S.A.. We have too much power and a very low intelligence.

we have the same intelligence as anyone else.....and our "leaders" are on the same team as the UN.

Predictable - especially since the oil companies are quietly investing in water-powered vehicles - which is cool, but once again gives supposed power to those that think they own the water supply.
Pretty soon Cleveland will be like Saudi Arabia!
Maybe I should buy some lake-front property?

supreme court selection.
he was never voted in.
also, a minority voted for pres. most people's negative votes(a vote for "none of the above") were not counted.

Our children rank near the bottom of the world because our educational system is so bad; yet when asked, most students and parents think our schools are pretty good. As so often is the case, we don't know what idiots we are.

I read one time that childeren are fast learners. When they go to school that ability drops. Acording the that report it had todo with the broad focus childeren have, which is destroyed when teachers "learn" them to "focus" on A,B,C and 1,2,3...
now this also translates into tv's & computers, they are also tunnel vision devices.
it also amazes me things like concentration, focus, meditation, awareness and other essential parts of our beings are not taught at schools!

there have been plans to brain damage the common people since guys like Charles Gualton Darwin wrote "Biometrika" and coined the term "eugenics". he, Thomas Malthus and others wrote about injecting people with mercury. in the 1800s flouride was added to the list of possible poisons. bottle feeding leads to a smaller brain. this was a key element in Huxley's "Brave New World"(brain damaging the children from birth), which Huxley said was all in place(the scientific dictatorship) in his talk at UC berkley in 1962 which can be heard
here. Aldous had a brother who was a founder of the OSS and was the first head of UNESCO. Aldous' great grandfather was known as "Darwin's bulldog", as it was he who made Charles Darwin a household name. the Huxleys, Dawrins, and Wedgewoods had a sick little breeding program between themselves...
fortunately, people are like roaches and are quite adaptable. we have lost some 20% of our potential through environmental damage which is all from the works of our glorious leaders.

still, we continue to function, though not nearly at the level of our grandparents..
one other aside, the Olympic torches have all been lit from the mother flame that Hitler lit. those who understand the occult can explain to those who don't...
oh Goodness! he didn't say all that!? sshhhhh......

Well I guess that wouldnt stop them from creating a school system to make us smart little worker-bees either.

smart worker bees start working for themselves or not at all.....or they start asking questions....regardless, they're not as reliable or easy to manage as dumb worker bees.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olympic_torch
The Olympic Torch today is ignited several months before the opening celebration of the Olympic Games at the site of the ancient Olympics in Olympia, Greece. Eleven women, representing the roles of priestesses, perform a ceremony in which the torch is kindled by the light of the Sun, its rays concentrated by a parabolic mirror.
