Latency issues with Cubase 4 after Scope reinstall

I am running Cubase 4.1.2 on PC. I recently had to reinstall Scope 4.0 (see previous thread http://www.planetz.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24505).

After the reinstall I've noticed a significant latency issue. It was noticeable when I tried to play a VSTi instrument from my MIDI keyboard. I checked in the Cubase Device Setup screen - when I am using the SCOPE ASIO driver, the latency is at over 24ms. From memory this used to be at around 4ms or even less. Does anyone have any ideas what happened here, or how I can tweak it?

Thanks for the post. I've located the cset.ini file but there is no [XTC-config] "section" in it - I tried adding one but that did not appear to work. There is however an existing [hw] section in the file and under that it has the entry intBlkSize=64.

iff you're in scope mode, change the latency by going to, on the live bar, set/settings/ulli and choose the latency you wish to use. i use 4ms @ 44.1khz...
