yes, Dutch Nelie Smit Kroes is a hawk, she's responsable for millions and millions of penalties for trust forming and illegal price agreements
Imagine, she's an old politicion from the VVD,
the conservative liberal party of Holland.
Yet she does a great job surprisingly.
One would expect her to defend the interests of the free market mony makers.
She seems to take the word 'free' (market) principally, and hence she has my approval (also surprisingly).

they'll likely never pay it. instead a couple million euro will keep the lawyers busy and business as usual.
i seriously doubt the politicians really expect M$ to pay it, with the exception of the couple of honest people among the sharks, who will just be "hopeful" that they had sent a proper "message"...
