I have birthdays coming up ! ! :o

My 2 sons, and both need better computers.
And to make it easier on my limited budget, I now wonder if any of you guys
have some Core 2 Duo CPUs, fitting motherboards, memorysticks
and video-cards that gather dust??

They are into gaming, mainly, no music-recording.

I´m very grateful for any help!

Cheers ! :D

Just wait.....! ! ! :D

Thanks anyway !

Me, I´m gambling on the thought that many here may be or just have been in the
process of updating their systems, new E8000-series, quads and whatnot..

well, I will have an obsolete P4C800-E DLX with a 3GHz Northwood soon, but you won't like the price I could expect from selling it on ebay... :)

Well the magic words have summoned me.

I will have exactly what you need.

My son has 2 PC's now a DAW, and a gamer box w/ AMD FX 57.

I have decided to go for the Wolfdale and 8 GB's of RAM.

I will have a QX9650, E6850, and 4GB's of 2 x 2GB sticks to unload in late May.

Tascam QC guys have assured me of the Wolfdale's power in recent benchmarks, and now that XITE-1 will be available, the upgrade to XP64bit is inevitable.

Show me and Wilma the hot spots when we visit, and you can have your choice of components. Just pay for the shipping.

I need no profit from a Brotha' of the Z. These componenets have already paid themselves off.

Are you sure you don't have marketing experience?

When you hear of the release of XITE-1, you should send me a reminder if you haven't put together a box by then.

And even if you do, buy w/ confidence that I can offer a small upgrade path for peanuts, and a few Jagers at a Swedish Pub !!

I plan on being buzzed the whole time I am there, trains and cabs. WJ and I are such opposites, She trains in Yoga/ resistance core workouts and is a personal trainer, she is quite happy w/ 1 schnifter of vino. I on the other hand plan on delving deeply into the offerings I encounter.

The price of our first trip doubled last October, so our time is up in the air. But we have a great agent who is determined to sell us a package for 2 weeks abroad.

Ha Det Sa Bra.

Tack så mycket ! :P

Jimmy, I´m in for the whole package, it fits perfectly !
I´ll do whatever I can to make this up for you.

No , no marketing-expert , I just had an intuition last night
I´d make a request here...and had a wee thought about you in person,
but nothing like this offer......are you shure...??
I hear Neil Young´s "Heart of Gold" faintly in my head now..

Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

I always loved his song " Helpless " actually.

I would have posted this here first as usual anyway.

There's a place in North Ontario, .........big birds flying across the sky......leaves me......Helpless, helpless, helpless, helpless.

Shit now I must open up my new Pedal Steel library.

Small talk can create so much and spur ideas I might have overlooked.

That's Great, a small reminder of an artist which triggered a memory of a beautiful song where the lyrics actually meant something, and that triggered the memory of the beautiful Pedal Steel background simulating the flight path and swoops of the giant birds.

We should appreciate that free brain we recieved at birth.
