No signal from RME/hammefall to Luna/Scope via Adat B

Hi!
Foregive med if this is a newbie question, but I have tried so hard, so before I give up, I thought I'd ask for help here.
See I am using to computers: One PC with Luna/Scope and one laptop with RME/Hammerfall DSP - both systems run win/XP with plenty of power and RAM. I use Sonar on the Luna/scope system an I want to control sound/samples on the RME via Midi and send the sound back to Luna/Scope for mixing. For Mic/guitar line input i use an Alesis Adat A/D converter and route this to the Lune/Scope Adat A - this latter works fine.
But when I route the sounds from RME to Luna/Scope via Adat B I get no signal in Luna/Scope. Hovever I am able to send signal the opposite way, e.g. from Luna/Scope to RME via Adat B and I am also able to send signal from Luna/scope to RME via SP/dif, but I want to free this "port" for external effect.
I have tried "everything" and all possible tweaking, but with no result. I don't know what I am overlooking or there is some hardwareissue here...
Any help is appreciated, though I expect this to be a hard one!
