midi control info not saving with song

HI guys, I have discovered a problem with my devices. If I assign midi numbers to the controls it doesn't save with the song and even if I save a preset it won't load again. When I right click the knob it tells me it's on cc1 or whatever but when the midi control window opens, number 1 is empty. I have to manually enter the controls for each knob again for it to respond to midi. How to fix this?
thanks,
Mark

bosone, did you get this working? IF not go back an follow everything in the first time use doc again. You must drag the val pads of each knob to the paramaters window, then drag those to the preset parameters window, it works, check the doc again. This way it tells the preset which things to remember in presets.

yes, now i solved by loading a blank "synth device" and transferring everything to it. now it works.
i think i did the correct procedure, i dont' understand what was wrong...
anyway, now it's OK! :)
