The tone of your voice is very warm and you are very talented.
MySpace sucks.

Seriously beautiful.
The vocal track is lovely and warm but for me Star Streams is the winner of the two. I love this sort of music and the track is beautifully put together. Would have liked to hear more of the granular synth as a background wash in places, but that's a personal thing.
Hope the album goes well.

Bingo -thanks for the positive comment! I hope to have an updated website where people will stream my music and read mi infos. Myspace is fun to make contacts and a quick way to put some music online though.
Neil, thanks man, I'll consider your suggestion, I'll be making a lot of tweaks that might enhance the album so I'm open to suggestions.

unbelievable you got it that far

I can't handle all those personal emotions anymore, but you put it very nicely together.
The 'room' on the 'mediaval' concert in Star Streams could be more 'natural' and lifely, it's waiting for STS Hall.
It lacks depth.
Neil has right, it could need something different, something which would make an artistic or commercial statement.
respect tho, very well done if I may say so

Thanks, Hubird! I'm taking notes, will be trying of those ideas some ideas when I get back to the mix... Do you have anything more specific as to the possible enhancements that you see? I've worked on these tunes for years, I certainly lack a certain perspective, so your comments are very welcome!

I know it's difficult, but I'd like to see another layer on it.
something which makes clear what audience you're aiming at.
it's too timeless, if that is another way to say it.
you could think of a soft jazzy drummer with brushes, or an extremely hicut filter modulated along the voice lines.
Anything, artisticly or 'commercially'.
Imagine you get invited to one of those intelligent talkshows late at night.
What would you wanne sound like?

So basically you're saying you'd like to hear something very modern sounding blending with this classical ensemble?
And in you point of view, what is my target audience? I don't know why but this has always been an elusive concept for me. I think true art is beyond fashion and marketing theories, but I'm open to hear different points of view...

Go with your own heart Eliam, especially if the track is one that has been on the go for a long time.
My views and those of Huub are "our" thoughts. What you really don't need is a piece of music designed by a committee - the charts are full of those!
Does the piece express the sentiment of the story in your mind? Then it's done.
It's a great track as it is and I'd have it on my mp3 player anytime as it stands.

I can cry to your singing without any sweat. I know, I am a soft wimp,
but its very moving. whatever you are doing...... keep doing it

Thank you my friends! Of course I won't change it just because someone says he hears something else, but still I'm open to the possibility that I may agree with their idea... I'm at the stage of adding the final touch, the little spice that will make the work complete, if this is possible...
I'm touched that people are touched by my creation, I'll keep at it because I have so much material I hardly know what to do with all this inspiration... I'll be sending some to you!

Hi! the horns are a mixture synths layered with horn tracks from wivi instruments (which are awesome). Some synth tracks were from prodissey and processed a few times in flexor if I remember right. I worked a lot on these.
