Help - Has My PowerPulsar Died?

Hi everyone - Any tips would be great. I have been happily using my Powerpulsar for some time. However, today I booted up my computer and got this alert message "Installation Error. Hardware version 16 detected. Hardware requires a software update. Please consult installation guide". Then, when I hit "OK" I get this message "Cannot start Scope platform. Could not gain access to the Creamware hardware."
I am using the latest version of Scope 4.5 on a Carillon WIndows XP PC.
When I try to update or reinstall the drivers, I also get error messages. When I try to reinstall 4.5, I cannot install the driver. And when I look into the hardware directly, I see a big yellow questionmark for the PCI slot that holds the Scope.
When I look into the ADAT ports on the Scope, I can see the red light so I know the Scope is receiving power.
What is odd is that the unit was working great before.
Any ideas on what to do?
Thanks for any constructive advice
