Remember The Moment

Can you remember the moment you suddenly realised you were talented, and all of your practicing of a certain composition unfolded before you?
Remember the moment you took the sacred wedding vows for the first time and actually felt grateful for your birth?
Remember the moment of your first child's birth, and thanked a higher power for the child's safe and healthy life.
Now try to think of others, or all of these.
Lock yourself away undisturbed for the next 24 hours w/ your choice of weapons for composition, and ask yourself did this help.
I'm just finishing up such a session, and am quite proud of my accomplishment. Having a smooth stable workflow is crucial for this to happen. For Debussy and Chopin it was a piano, for many of us it is a synthesizer or guitar. Imagine what Debussy could have done w/ Q Wave and VDAT.
Have faith in your God given senses and talents and spend one day a week creating something based on past emotions. It could take days, weeks, months or years. But once you feel those spine tingling moments, you'll know that you have succeeded.
I just had one of those after months of trying, it doesn't come around often, but I feel it right now and thank whatever higher power helped me to do this.
My inspiration came from several sources and emotions. Reading about the powers we as human beings possess came from some Edgar Cayce writings, and my Theory Composition teacher from 30 years ago.

If I can do this so can anyone. Find out what really drives you everyday, and expand upon it.
Let Me Know What Works.
Between all of the input from different people here, maybe some or all of us can find some of these below the surface senses, and help someone else, our ourselves to write something very unique.
